How To Print Worksheet Work in Microsoft Excel 2007, step by step guide

PRINTING!!

After the spreadsheet have been formated and calculated the next thing is to get the worksheet printed. The printed copy is called computer printouts. The computer print on two kinds of stationaries that is 80 and 132 column stationaries. The 80 column is the most commonly used A4 paper while the 132 column stationaries is wider and longer than the A4 paper.

To Print Your Worksheet Take The Following steps:


1. Highlight the range to be printed
2. Click on the Office Button and select Print
3. Select the name of the of the printer from the Printer Name box
4. In the Print What box click on the selection Radio button
5. Enter the number of the copies you wish to print
6. Click on Preview button and select Page Set Up
7. Click on the Page Tab and select Landscape
8. Select the paper size (e.g A4)
9. Click on the Margin Tab and set the top, button, left and right margins respectively
10. You'll click on the Sheet Tab and select the Radio button for Grid Lines (if you want               to print your work gridlines)
11. Click on OK when done
12. Then click Print.
