He says he has not flouted any of NCA's rules in his operation.
According to his statement, he is not capable to raise the ¢1.5 million Ghana Cidis penalty even if he line up all his children for sale.
Speaking to Joy FM in Accra, Alfred Larbi insisted that his company has never flouted any regulations as being speculated by the NCA.
“The law says you have to notify them three months when the license expires which I did. Then they sent me a letter acknowledging receipt that they are going to study it and get back to me, " he said.
The BOSS added that after he wrote to the NCA, authorities did not write to him back until he received a notice of his suspension.
He said the NCA also demanded details of his tax clearance together with some other important documents.
“I sent it to them and they rejected it, the next time I heard from them was to get a penalty which is wrong,”
